Pecan Breakfast Ring
These rolls are made the night before and left out on the counter to
rise. In the morning, just pop them in
the oven and wait for the waft of freshly baked bread and cinnamon!
Serves 8
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 package frozen bread rolls (approx. 18)
¾ cup brown sugar
1 3 ½ ounce package of vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes
Grease a bundt pan. Sprinkle bottom of the pan with pecans. Line the bottom of the pan with frozen bread rolls closely together.
In a small bowl, add brown sugar, vanilla pudding mix, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over rolls. Dot the top with butter. Place plastic wrap over top and leave on the counter overnight to rise.
Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic wrap and place in hot oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
