Peanut Butter Kisses

1 cup butter – room temperature

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs - room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup peanut butter

3 ½ cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

Oven at 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, add butter and cream. Add both sugars and cream well. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Add milk and mix well.

Roll dough into balls and then roll in sugar. Place on cookie tray and bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and place chocolate kiss on top. Allow to cool, and store or freeze.
