¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ cup mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cardamom
dash of cayenne
salt and pepper
6 center cut pork chops, or 2 pork tenderloins
In a bowl large enough to hold the pork, add all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add the pork chops and marinate 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Heat grill, and place pork chops on grill. Cook 8 minutes on each side, or until middle is no longer pink. Serve.
