Grilled Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto
The sweetness of summer figs paired with the salty prosciutto, make this the perfect summer appetizer. They can be assembled up to the day before.
Serves 6
10 figs, any variety
10 slices of thinly sliced prosciutto cut in half
Heat grill.
Remove stem from fig and cut in half. Wrap prosciutto around fig and place on grill. Grill until browned and turn. Continue cooking until browned and serve hot or at room temperature.
