Grapes with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

½  cup toasted walnuts, chopped finely

½ cup room temperature blue cheese (or any blue cheese)

3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

salt and pepper to taste

Bunch of seedless grapes (any variety), washed and dried

Toast Walnuts:

In a large dry skillet over medium high heat, toast the walnuts, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes or until browned.  Pour into a bowl and let cool.  Chop finely and set aside on a plate.

In a small mixing bowl, add the cheeses and salt and pepper and mix until well combined.

Take a grape and a teaspoon of the cheese and wrap cheese around grape.  Roll the grape in the walnuts and set on a cookie sheet.  After all the grapes have been wrapped and rolled, place in the refrigerator until needed.

They can be made the day ahead.
